Executive Director, Physician Services; Non-Urban Region, AZ; The Murphey Group, Inc. has been retained by this non-profit hospital to recruit an Executive Director, Physician Services.  This opportunity is in a highly competitive, two hospital community.  Major services for this hospital include Open Heart Surgery. The facility employs 45+ physicians - Orthos, Ents, Urologists, OB’s, CV Surgeons, Gen Surgeons, PCP’s. This position is part of senior management, directs all daily physician services departments including practice units and the hospital’s MSO.
