RN / Clinical Director of Operations, Virginia, (Homecare) Negotiable / DOE. Responsible for daily clinical operations of nursing, home health aide, social work and rehab departments in parent office and/or at branch office. Provides clinical leadership of the team leaders, rehab manager and field staff. Mentors and is clinical resource to ensure appropriate clinical management of home care patients. Ensures agency staffing appropriate for agency volume and agency skill competency needs. Fosters interdisciplinary communication and team approach to home care. Assists Director/VP with policy development and revision. Assists Utilization Manager and Education/PI Coordinator with care map development. We are looking for someone with considerable experience in home health clinical operations. The expectation would be that the person has been in leadership positions and can develop and mentor clinical staff. Masters preferred, BSN highly desired (we would look at individuals without it, but their experience would have to be exceptional). The person needs to have 3-5 years leadership exp. in home health. $80,000 to $100,000 Negotiable / DOE.
