Director, Outpatient Imaging Services, El Paso, TX will report directly to the Senior Director Outpatient Services of the Healthcare Corporation and have a dotted line reporting relationship to the market CEO in  El Paso , TX .  The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a group of direct reports and overseeing /managing multiple outpatient diagnostic imaging centers (DIC) in the El Paso and surrounding areas, as well as facilitating the operational transition of new centers or acquisitions.  The Director will work with center managers to improve operational performance, implement best practices, and increase volume via changes in scheduling, registration, thru-put/patient flow, customer services, physician and referral office relations, and marketing.  The Director acts as a coach and mentor for the managers and holds them accountable for results. The Director will also assist in acquisitions, assessments, joint ventures & start-ups as well as present the Corporate Center of Excellence model. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. A Clinical background in Imaging helpful, but not mandatory. Minimum of five years of progressive DIC management experience is required with proven experience successfully managing multiple freestanding facilities.
